Since 1977, when the Trust was formed, the office of the Trust was at the Office of Prof. N. A. Modi, initially at Central Bank of India, Head Office, and later at Prospect Chambers, Dr. D.N. Road, till the time the lockdown started for the Covid Pandemic on 22nd March 2019. We have always believed in minimum administrative cost to run the Trust, and hence Prof. Modi gave us the free use of his office to run the Book Fund, use the telephones, Electricity, his staff, etc.

Thereafter we moved the Trust Office to the present premises at Horniman Circle, which is on Leave & License basis, along with another Trust, viz. Sorabjee Eduljee Davar Trust. We also share the staff with this SED Trust.
